Welcome to Wavelength. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation by email or phone. We reserve the right to cancel orders we can't verify or fulfil — for example, if an item is out of stock or delivery information is incomplete. If that happens, we'll contact you and you won't be charged.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). You can pay by card online at checkout or by cash on delivery, along with any other payment methods shown at checkout. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return your lenses — unused and in their original packaging with the case, pouch, and cloth — for a full refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number through the contact page.

Product Information

We do our best to display our products accurately, including lens colors and blue-light blocking percentages. Blocking percentages are approximate and based on independent lens testing. Wavelength glasses are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Wavelength name, logo, product photography, and written content — belongs to Wavelength and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wavelength is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
